Welcome to the home of Windsor High School Debate - your 2012 California State Champions in Parliamentary Debate.

The WHS Debate Team is open to all grades & experience levels.  Our aim is to teach public speaking, critical thinking & analysis of current events while sharpening these skills in the forum of competitive debate.

During the competitive season -- September through April -- practice is held every Tuesday & Thursday (except holidays) from 3:45-5:30pm in Room H111 on the Windsor High School campus.

New members are always welcome!

Team members compete at the Novice, JV and Varsity level against students from top high schools in the Golden Gate Speech Assocation and California High School Speech Association  Speaking opportunites are available in debate and individual events.  Student speakers may qualify for membership in the National Forensic League.

In addition to student speakers, we also have openings for coaches & adult volunteers who wish to support the team.
